French gastronomy – with David Rathgeber


French cuisine and chefs are an inspiration for me.

I particularly enjoy David Rathgeber’s cuisine because it is a bistro style cuisine, which is a cuisine closely tied to the history of France and Parisian culture.

I love the fact that both Chefs and painters share the same vocabulary, very much around the notions of flesh, color, taste, and substance.
